Common questions
Do I need to change my website?
No. Instagram stores get one link. On a website we add a “Try it on” button — any platform that lets you add a link or a small piece of code works.
What happens to shoppers’ photos?
A photo is used only to create the try-on image. Photos and results are deleted automatically within 3 days. Your store never receives them.
Does it show how a size fits?
No. It shows how a piece looks on the shopper — colour, cut, style. Your size guide still does the sizing.
How long does a try-on take?
Usually about 30 seconds. The shopper sees progress while it works.
Which photos work best?
One person, facing the camera, in good light. Waist-up for tops, full length for dresses, legs and feet for shoes.
What if the month’s try-ons run out?
The fitting room pauses until the next month, or you move up a plan. You are never charged extra.
Is the demo really free?
Yes. No card, no commitment. Send three products and try them on yourself.
Can I cancel?
